- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl (3.3 oz) chopped onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 Bhut Jolokia
- 4-5 red spanish peppers or other varieties of chilies
- 1 large red paprika
- 4 dl (13 fl oz) cold water
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 2 dl white vinegar
- Those are Jolokia. 10 times more spicy than Habanero.
- Fry onion, garlic, Jolikia, peppers/chilies and red paprika in the oil on slow fire, until onion is soft and transparent.
- Add water and spices, simmer on low fire for 20 minutes. Stir often. Remove frying pan from the stove and let it cool.
- Remove frying pan from the stove and let it cool.
- Mix/blend until smooth, then add vinegar and repeat.
- Pour into sterilized jar/container of choice.
This is perfect for meat!
