- 4 potatoes (boiled)
- 200 g (7 oz) queso fresco (fresh white cheese) or another cheese (feta or/and cottage)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Aji amarillo paste or 1/4-1/2 Habanero
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 crackers
- 2 boiled eggs (without shell, sliced)
- Black olives
- Mix all ingredients expect for potatoes, eggs and olives.
- Peel out skin of the potatoes and slice.
- Put the potatoes on the plate.
- Pour the cheese sauce.
- Garnish with olives and eggs
