Stir Fried Sausage and Vegetable with Fried Egg
- 2 sausages (cut in pieces)
- 2 potatoes (cut in pieces)
- 1 clove garlic (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Papa a la Huancaina (Peruvian potatoes with spicy cheese sauce)
- 4 potatoes (boiled)
- 200 g (7 oz) queso fresco (fresh white cheese) or another cheese (feta or/and cottage)
- 1/2 cup milk

Bologna Sauce (Meat Sauce for Pasta)
- 500 g (1 lb) minced beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 5-6 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chili or Habanero (optional, chopped)
- 400-500 g (1 lb) chopped tomatoes
Poteto Sarada (ポテトサラダ Japanese Potato Salad)
- 3 potatoes (dice and boil)
- 1/2 cucumber (slice and leave with 1 tsp salt and sqeeze)
- 1/2 carrot (dice smaller than potato and boil)
- 1/2 onion (slice)
- 1 boiled egg (dice)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2-3 slice of ham or 1 tuna can
- Salt and Pepper
Just mix all and leave for a while.
Janssons Frestelse (Swedish gratin with potato and anchovies)
- 1 can (125 g /5 oz) of anchovies
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 7 potatoes (cut in thin strips)
- 3 dl (10 fl oz) cream (if you mind the fat of cream, you can mix with milk)
- 1/2 dl (1.7 fl oz) bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter or margarin
Make layers of potato, onion and fillet of anchovies on a bakeware a couple of times, the top layer will be potato. Pour cream and the sauce of anchovies in the can. Spread breadcrumbs and butter on the top and put in oven 225 °C (437 °F) for an hour.
