Poke (Hawaiian Raw Fish Salad)
- 200g (7 oz) fresh fish fillet (cut in pieces. For example tuna, salmon, yellow tail)
- 1/4 samll red onion (sliced)
- 2-3 tbsp green onion (chopped)
Creamy Salmon Pasta
- 250 g (1/2 lb) fresh pasta or 200 g (7 oz) dry pasta
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon (cut in pieces)
- 20 g (0.7 oz) butter
- 25 g (0.9 oz) flour
- 400 ml (14 fl oz) milk
- Salt and pepper
Shake Chahan (Japanese Fried Rice with Salmon)
- 200 g (7 oz) grilled salmon (Crushed. Warm it with micro if it is cold)
- 2-3 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger (Chopped)
Salmon Carpaccio
- 500 g (1 lb) salmon (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 dl (6.6 fl oz) white wine
- 1/2 (1.6 fl oz) dl whipping cream
- 25 g (0.9 oz) butter
- Salt and papper
Shake Wakame Gohan (鮭わかめご飯 Rice with Salmon and Wakame-seaweed)
- 2 cups Japanese rice or round rice
- 2 cups of water to soak
- 300-500 g (10-17 oz) Grilled salmon (crushed, you can use Shake no Miso-zuke Yaki)
- 30 g (1 oz) dry Wakame seaweed
- 1 dl (3 fl oz) sesame (roasted recommended)
Shake no Miso-zuke Yaki (鮭の味噌漬け焼き Grilled Miso-marinated Salmon)
- 500 g (1 lb) Salmon (sliced in 3 cm / 1 in)
- 25 g (0.8 oz) salt
- 2-3 tbs Miso
- 2-3 tbs Sake
- (1 tbsp honey or sugar, 1 tbsp grated ginger if you want)
Tataki (タタキ)
- 400 g (14 oz) fillet of Sashimi-grade fish (salmon, tuna, yellow tail, bonito fish)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar or white balsamico
- 1/2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Wasabi
- Some dash of sesame oil

Salmon Yukhoe (Tartar Steak Korean Style)
- 150 g (5 oz) salmon (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp sesame
- * 1 tsp Gochujang or 1/2 chili powder
- * 1 tbsp soy sauce
Snabbgravad lax (Quick Gravlax)
- 300 g (10 oz) Salmon (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dill (chopped)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Lay salmon on the plate, sprinkle over the other ingredients, leave it for 5-10 minutes.
