- 125 g (4.4 oz) strong flour
- 125 g (4.4 oz) all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1.5-1.8 dl (5-6 fl oz) water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Add water and mix.When it become together, add olive oil and mix for 5 minutes.
- Wrap in plastic foil and leave for 20-30 minutes.
- Divide in 8 and make balls.
- Make it as thin as possible.
- Steak it by frying pan without oil.
- Done!
- Serve with fresh salad, avocado, Crème fraiche and Tortilla.
