Breaded Fish
- 500 g (1lb) fillet of fish (sea bass, panga, Alaska pollock, cod, salmon, tilapia etc)
- Salt and pepper
- 1dl (3.3 fl oz) flour
- 1 egg (beated)
- 2dl (6.7 fl oz) bread crumbs, coconut flakes, sliced/crushed almond or sesame seeds for breading
- 1dl (3.3 fl oz) oil

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Dredge one fillet in flour, lift it out, knock off excess flour, and place fillet in egg wash, making sure entire fillet is coated. Remove fillet from egg wash, letting excess drip off; place in crumbs. Gently press crumbs onto fish on both sides, coating it completely.

Insted of bread crumbs, you can use coconut flakes, sliced/crushed almond or sesame seeds instead. You can make a lot at once and keep in freezer. cover each ones by plastic foil or plastic bag.

Heat a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the fish. Instead you can just spray oil on the fish and bake with oven.

Done! Sqeeze lemon on the fish.
