Breaded Fish

  • 500 g (1lb) fillet of fish (sea bass, panga, Alaska pollock, cod, salmon, tilapia etc)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1dl (3.3 fl oz) flour
  • 1 egg (beated)
  • 2dl (6.7 fl oz) bread crumbs, coconut flakes, sliced/crushed almond or sesame seeds for breading
  • 1dl (3.3 fl oz) oil
