- 30 g (1 oz) sugar for caramel
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 banana (90 g / 3 oz)
- 50 g (1.7oz) butter (in room temperature)
- 40 g (1.4 oz) sugar for muffin
- 1 egg
- 80 g (2.8 oz) flour (shifted with baking powder)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 40 ml (1.3 fl oz) milk
- 1. Make caramel. Put sugar and water in a source pan and heat until brown (Don’t mix!)
- 2. Add banana and mix. Pre -heat oven 180 ºC (356 ºF).
- 3. Whip butter and sugar until white. Add egg and continue whipping.
- 4. Add 1/3 flour and mix with spatula and mix, add 1/3 milk and continue mixing. Rpeat it 2 more times.
- 5. Add caramel banana.
- 6. Put it in 4-5 muffin cups. Bake them for 25 minutes.
