Roasted Nuts and Seeds
Heat a frying pan and fry nuts and seeds which you like without oil. When they smell nice and some parts become brown. remove the heat and add salt.
Recommended nuts and seeds:
cashew, peanut, almond, pine, walnuts, pumpkin, sunflower etc
