Pickled Radishes
- 100 g (3.5 oz) radishes (cut in 2-4)
- 100 ml (3 fl oz) vinegar
- 100 ml (3 fl oz) water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf

Matcha Ice Cream
- 500 g (1 lb) vanilla ice cream
- 1.5 tbsp Matcha (Japanese green tea powder)
- Put the vanilla ice cream in refrigerator for 30 minutes until half-melt.
- Add Matcha and mix. Put in freezer for 1-2 hours until hard.
