Skagenröra (Swedish Skagen Mixture)

  • 200-250 g (8-9 oz) shrimp (cut in pieces)
  • 1/4 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 50 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml mayonnaise

  • Few drops lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cognac
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
    • Mix all of them. Very nice to put on a toast or baked potato.
