Banana Pancake

  • 2-3 bananas (chopped)
  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

  • 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 ml (6 fl oz) milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Maple syrup (optional)
  1. Shift flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar.
  3. Add milk, flour mixture and banana
  4. Preheat frying pan (middle heat) and put butter. When it melts, put it to the dough and mix.
  5. Put 1/2 – 2/3 cup dough on the frying pan.
  6. Fry Both sides.
  7. Put maple syrup on the top when you eat.
