Banana Pancake
- 2-3 bananas (chopped)
- 1.5 cup flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 180 ml (6 fl oz) milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- Maple syrup (optional)
- Shift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix eggs and sugar.
- Add milk, flour mixture and banana
- Preheat frying pan (middle heat) and put butter. When it melts, put it to the dough and mix.
- Put 1/2 – 2/3 cup dough on the frying pan.
- Fry Both sides.
- Put maple syrup on the top when you eat.
