Mung Bean Sprouts Salad


  • 200 g (7 oz) mung bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp spring onions (optional, chopped)

  1. Boil mung bean sprouts with boiled water for 10 seconds and drain.
  2. Mix the sprouts, chili powder, soy sauce.
  3. Add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and onions.
