Jolokia Sauce


jolokia

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dl (3.3 oz) chopped onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Bhut Jolokia
  • 4-5 red spanish peppers or other varieties of chilies
  • 1 large red paprika

  • 4 dl (13 fl oz) cold water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 2 dl white vinegar

This is perfect for meat!
