Remove fat part and put Chipotle or BBQ sauce to the pork.
Move the pork into a glass container. Put it in the middle of the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 175 °C (347°F), turn the meat and heat for another 20 minutes.
Take it out, wrap it in metal foil and let it rest for 10-20 minutes.
