Ginger Chai (tea)


  • 1 l (33 fl oz) water
  • 1 tsp tea leaves or 1 tea bag (“Yogi Black Chai” recommended)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • Herbs / spices (cardamon, chili, cloves, pepper, whatever you want)
  • 1 tsbp milk

Make tea with ginger and herbs/spices and add honey and milk.
