Pasta with Chicken and Vegetable

  • 200 g (7 oz) pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chili
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed)

  • 200 g (7 oz) chicken fillet (cut in pieces)
  • 5 mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 small red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup green beans (cut in pieces)
  • 2 tbsp pesto genovese or rucola pesto
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
  1. Boil pasta.
  2. When the boiling time is 8-10 minutes left, fry garlic and chili.
  3. Add chicken and fry until cooked.
  4. Add vegetable and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  5. Add pasta. When you serve, put pesto on the top.
