Pasta with Chicken and Vegetable
- 200 g (7 oz) pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chili
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 200 g (7 oz) chicken fillet (cut in pieces)
- 5 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup green beans (cut in pieces)
- 2 tbsp pesto genovese or rucola pesto
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
- Boil pasta.
- When the boiling time is 8-10 minutes left, fry garlic and chili.
- Add chicken and fry until cooked.
- Add vegetable and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
- Add pasta. When you serve, put pesto on the top.
