Pesto Genovese

  • 1 plant of Basil
  • 50 g (1.8 oz) of Pine nuts
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) of olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 dl (6.7 fl oz) of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
