- 1 plant of Basil
- 50 g (1.8 oz) of Pine nuts
- 3 pieces of garlic
- 1 dl (3.3 fl oz) of olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 dl (6.7 fl oz) of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- Basil before taking leaves
- Basil after taking leaves and other ingredients.
- Basil, olive oil, garlic and pine nuts to mixer
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
- Put to a jar
- Pour olive oil and close the jar. Tomorrow will be ready to eat!
