- 80-100 g (3 oz) Rucola (rocket) leaves
- 50-70 g (2 oz) walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic (shred)
- 80 g (2.8 oz) Parmesan or Grana padano
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 dl (3 fl oz) olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Mix all of them by mixer.
- Keep it in small jars and keep in refrigerator for a night.
