Rucola Pesto

  • 80-100 g (3 oz) Rucola (rocket) leaves
  • 50-70 g (2 oz) walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic (shred)
  • 80 g (2.8 oz) Parmesan or Grana padano

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dl (3 fl oz) olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Mix all of them by mixer.
  2. Keep it in small jars and keep in refrigerator for a night.
