Suiton (Japanese Dumpling soup)
- 700 g (25 oz) vegetable (white radish, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, mushroom, onion, leaf of radish, leek, burdock, eggplant, potato, green beans, cabbage, napa cabbage. 5-7 of them)
- 80 g (3 oz) flour
- 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) warm water
Gyoza (Japanese Dumpling)
- 200 g (7 oz) flour
- 1/3 cup boiled water
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g (5 oz) minced pork
- 180 g (6 oz) flesh/young cabbage or/and Napa cabbage (chopped. If it becomes watery, add a pinch of salt and squeeze)

Fried Wonton Dumpling (雲吞)
The ingredients is same with Boiled Wonton Dumpling but I recommend to use minced pork. Form the dumpling, same way with STEAM Boiled Wonton Dumpling.

Steam Boiled Wonton Dumpling (雲吞)
The ingredients is same with Boiled Wonton Dumpling, just form different. Steam boil on lettuce, not to be sticked to the pan.

Boiled Wonton Dumpling (雲吞)
- 1 pack (40 sheets) Wonton pastry
- 1-2 shredded/chopped garlic
- Salt, black papper
- 1-2 shredded/chopped ginger
- 400 g (14 oz) minced meet (chicken or pork. Chopped shrimp is amazing)
