Yam Nua Yang (Spicy Thai Grilled Beef Salad)

  • 300 g (10 oz) beef
  • 1 clove garlic (shred)
  • 1 tsp ginger (shred)
  • 1 fresh hot red chili (removed seed, sliced)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 tsp grated lime peel

  • 2 lime juice
  • 1/2 cucumber (cut in sticks)
  • Some leaves of lettuce (sliced)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 red paprika
  • Herbs (mint, coriander, that basil) to garnish
  1. Grill or steak beef.
  2. Slice the beef and marinate with garlic, ginger, chili, fish sauce and lime.
  3. mix with vegetable.
