Baked Filled Pumpkin

  • 1 butternut pumpkin (cut in half and removed the seeds)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 200 g (7 oz) minced beef
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 50 g (1.7 oz) cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven (175 °C / 350°F) and put the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meanwhile fry onion and minced beef with butter, add salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the beef in the pumkin, put the cheese on it and continue baking for 5-10 minutes.
