Baked Filled Pumpkin
- 1 butternut pumpkin (cut in half and removed the seeds)
- 1 tsp butter
- 200 g (7 oz) minced beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Salt & pepper
- 50 g (1.7 oz) cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven (175 °C / 350°F) and put the pumpkin for 15 minutes.
- In the meanwhile fry onion and minced beef with butter, add salt and pepper.
- Stuff the beef in the pumkin, put the cheese on it and continue baking for 5-10 minutes.
