  • 1 Bhut Jolokia

  • 1/2 red onion (chopped)
  • *** 2 tbsp olive oil

Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 tomato
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Some drops tabasco

Mix all in mixer!

Carrot Salad

  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1-2 tsp vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Peel the skin off carrots and grate them and mix with rest of ingredients.

Zupa Grzybowa (Polish Mushroom Soup)

  • 2-4 tbsp dried mushrooms (use your favorite, it’s nice to mix different sorts)
  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1l mushroom bouillon
  • Salt and pepper (black and white)

Edamame (枝豆 Young soybeans)

Edamame is immature soybeans in Japanese. This is very nice snack for beer.
In stead of boiling you can steam boil or warm with microwave.

Ginger Chai (tea)


  • 1 l (33 fl oz) water
  • 1 tsp tea leaves or 1 tea bag (“Yogi Black Chai” recommended)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • Herbs / spices (cardamon, chili, cloves, pepper, whatever you want)
  • 1 tsbp milk

Make tea with ginger and herbs/spices and add honey and milk.
